This is the layout FOX 10 walked through at the Maricopa County Home & Garden Show, and the one that rents for about $1,200 a month.

Built in Mesa, craned onto your pad.
Three clips from one delivery. The unit leaves the yard finished, rides to the site on a trailer, and gets set on a foundation that was surveyed before anything was poured. Set day is usually one to three days start to finish.

“WONDERFUL STAY! Highly recommend this location. I have never stayed in one of these container homes before and it was fantastic. Very stylish. Very clean lines in the design of the facility, super clean and super private while at the same time very close to a lot of things. It's the perfect harmony between being in the mountains and having the amenities that you need nearby. The stars were the best I have ever seen them and it was super quiet — definitely a feeling of peace and tranquility. I hope to return again very soon.”
