These containers may look small on the outside but all 320 square feet are put to good use on the inside! With private bedrooms, an entire bathroom, and a FULL kitchen these tiny houses have everything you need to call them home! Customize the outside with hardscaping to bring even more relaxing feelings to your beautiful tiny house
A Full Kitchen
One mission we had was to make sure the kitchen was just as useful as a kitchen in a traditional home. These containers boast an entire kitchen appliance setup of a fridge, oven/stove combo, and a microwave!
A Stunning Bathroom
Each container has its own FULL bathroom with a spacious stand up shower, toilet, and sink/mirror combo. You don't have to give up your sleek shower or hot water when you have a tiny house
Energy Efficient Glass
We use energy efficient glass on all of our containers. This makes it comfortable to be in any climate and keep the cost of heating or cooling the container to a minimum. Each container only needs one mini split to effectively cool or heat the area to any degree you want
Private Bedroom
Each container home can have one or two private bedrooms, they are designed to be the perfect size for a murphy bed, a QUEEN murphy bed. So you don't have to give up any comforts of a personal bedroom when you make the switch to a tiny house

Just like traditional homes, shipping container homes must comply with all local building codes. This includes passing a third-party inspection. Each house we design is built to code based on local guidelines and requirements. We’ll take care of all the permits, too.

Custom shipping container homes are all about efficiency. When we design your new home, we’ll make sure your HVAC system, water heater, insulation and windows are as efficient as possible.

How much does a Tiny Custom House cost?
We have 3 models we sell starting at 75K for the base model and up to 115K for our premium model! We can build you a custom Tiny Home as well that can fit your budget, and have the important features your looking for in your home!
Will metal shipping containers be subject to rust and corrosion?
When treated correctly, no. If a container does rust, it should be encased in a specialized oil-based coating. This will protect the container from additional rusting and corrosion.
